After much humming and haahing I finally cast on my next project, which is a gorgeous Ginny Owls cardigan in a beautiful sea green wool.
And because having just one project on the go is too straight forward, the boy has also asked me to knit his 'baby' (doll) some clothes.
I let him search through my spare yarn collection to pick some wool he likes. He chose a lovely rainbow yarn for some booties, and some pink yarn for a dress. The doll is a bit smaller than most dolls, so a pain to knit for as everything has to be tiny, but at least the boy will be happy!
I'll stick some pictures up in the next few days,
But for know, what's everyone else working on at the moment?
As always I seem to have cast on Too Many Things! Main things being worked on at the moment are a hoody for Neil, an ongoing crochet blanket and a Lego Man for Harry (which he keeps asking about but I keep putting off because it's fiddly).
ReplyDeleteOOo. what pattern are you using for the hoodie? I keep debating making Ste one. And a Lego Man? Can't wait to see pictures of that!
